Measuring Tips

Measure your pet bed

Use a flexible tape measure that will conform to the shape of the bed or use a piece of string.  If you use string, just measure the length of the string to obtain the measurements.

Measure the longest dimension of the bed from one end of the orange line shown to the other end of the orange line stretching across the middle of the bed, being sure to hug the curves of the bed. If you want extra give (to tuck in) around the cradle of the bed, order a size up.

Length – This is the longest end-to-end measure (inches) of the pet bed.

Width - The shorter end-to-end measure (inches). A round bed would have the same length and width.

Height - The thickness of the mattress or bolster.

Styles of Pet Beds – PawSheets will fit round, rectangular, and oval shaped beds. Bolster or nesting beds - allow for the extra material needed to fit the depth of the indentation.

PawSheets fit a variety of pet bed shapes and sizes.

PawSheets fit a variety of pet bed shapes and sizes.

Size Chart of  PawSheets

Small (S): 28"L x 22"W x 6"H

Medium (M):  36"L x 27"W x 6"H

Large (L): 50"L x 36"W x 6"H

Extra Large (XL): 60"L x 36"W X 6"H

These measurements are the size of the sheet. Always go up 1 size if your pet bed is thick or close to the size of the pet sheet.

If you are not sure about the size, you can send us a picture with the bed measurements.

Example:  A thick leather cushion that measures 22" x 26' x 6" was best with a Medium.  A flat bed that was 36" by 24" x 3" also was best fit with a Medium size pet sheet.

Sorry - No Custom Sizes – At this time, PawSheets are only available in standard sizes. Some pet beds have some very unique designs. If you want to know if your pet bed will fit a PawSheet, send us your bed measurements and a photo. We will let you know the correct PawSheet to order.
